Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send the item, along with a copy of your receipt and the reason for exchange to:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through the process outlined below under “Returns”. You can then place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping charges. Returns should be directed to:

Please include a copy of your receipt and your reason for return with the return shipment.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner). This time period includes 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper, 3 to 5 business days for us to process the return, and up to 10 days for your bank to process our refund request.
Warranty
All items sold by Found Pearl Press are warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you find a product to be defective, please return the product along with a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return to:

Found Pearl Press will promptly replace the item if it is still available/in print. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund of the item’s purchase price. This warranty is void if the failure of the product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.
